VL Rental offers delivery-only RV rentals in Kelowna and approved destinations within 150 km by road of our Kelowna base. We deliver and set up the RV at your reserved campsite or approved location.

Your price depends on the RV, dates, delivery location and selected extras. Review the itemized booking quote for the rental charge, mandatory fees, delivery, applicable taxes and extras. A three-night minimum charge applies.

The RV includes basic kitchen equipment, standard dishes, cutlery, pots, pans and cooking utensils. Delivery and setup are provided by VL Rental and priced in your itemized quote. Bedding sets cost CA$40 per selected bed, with one to four sets available. A portable BBQ and propane are also optional paid extras.

Yes. VL Rental delivers and sets up the RV, so you do not need a truck.

No. VL Rental handles transportation, positioning and setup.

You may book for one or more nights. One- and two-night bookings keep your selected delivery and return dates but are charged at the three-night minimum.

Choose an RV with enough sleeping capacity for everyone in your group. Check the individual RV listing for its sleeping arrangements, exterior length and guest capacity before booking.

The RVs include basic kitchen equipment, but not every extra is included. Bedding sets cost CA$40 per selected bed, with one to four sets available. A portable BBQ and propane are optional paid extras, and shower towels are not provided.

Pets are allowed only when the selected RV and booking expressly permit them. Pets must be declared when booking. A non-refundable CA$100 pet fee applies once per booking with a pet and is separate from the refundable damage deposit.

Yes. Every VL Rental RV is delivered and set up at the approved destination. Customer pickup is not available.

Delivery and setup are part of our service. The delivery charge is shown separately in your itemized quote and depends on the destination.

Delivery costs CA$150 for destinations within 40 km one way of our Kelowna base. Beyond 40 km, each additional kilometre costs CA$2.50 in each direction, or CA$5 total for the round trip.

We deliver to approved locations within 150 km one way, measured by the actual driving route.

The VL Rental team positions, levels and sets up the RV. We connect the available compatible electrical, water and sewer hookups at your site. Dry camping sites do not have these hookups.

The standard delivery and setup time is 2:00 PM.

The RV must be empty, cleaned and ready for collection at 11:00 AM on your return date.

Yes, provided the campsite is reserved, suitable for the booked RV, accessible and within our approved delivery area.

Delivery to private property is subject to approval. Provide the address and the available parking area's width and length so we can review the location before confirming delivery.

Yes. You are responsible for reserving and paying for your campsite directly with the campground.

Choose a campsite that accommodates the booked trailer's full bumper-to-bumper length. Check the campground's stated RV length limit and provide your site length to VL Rental before delivery.

No. The RV can be used at a dry camping site without hookups. Tell us which hookups, if any, are available when arranging delivery.

Send us the campground name, address, site number and site length so we can review the delivery location. For private property, also provide the available parking area's width and length. Tell us about any known access restrictions.

Book as early as possible to secure your preferred RV and dates. A next-day booking may be possible when an RV is available and delivery arrangements can be confirmed.

Yes. Your selected delivery and return dates remain unchanged, but the trip is charged at the three-night minimum.

If delivery is more than 30 days away, 30% of the trip price is due when booking. If delivery is 30 days away or less, the full trip price is due when booking. The refundable damage deposit is separate.

For bookings made more than 30 days before delivery, the remaining trip-price balance is due exactly 30 days before the delivery date.

Yes. A separate refundable CA$1,000 damage deposit is required for every booking, subject to the Terms and Conditions.

Pay the damage deposit by Interac e-Transfer to protrailercare@gmail.com. It is due no later than 48 hours before delivery and is not included in your Stripe payment.

Follow the confirmation and payment instructions provided for your booking. Before delivery, all required trip payments and the damage deposit must be received and confirmed.

Contact VL Rental to request a change. Changes are subject to availability, written approval and a revised quote.

Send a cancellation request to vlrental.ca@gmail.com and include the booking number. Unless a booking-specific policy or a mandatory legal right is more favourable, the following schedule applies to the trip price:

• No cancellation charge when the request is sent within five calendar days after booking and delivery was more than 30 days away when the booking was made.
• CA$100 when the request is received 30 or more days before delivery and the free-cancellation rule above does not apply.
• CA$500 when the request is received 15 to 29 days before delivery.
• 100% of the trip price when the request is received 14 days or less before delivery, or for a no-show.

Tell us which electrical hookup your site provides so we can confirm compatibility with the booked RV. Air conditioning works only with a compatible 30-amp or 50-amp hookup and not from a standard household outlet.

Yes, the RV can be used for dry camping under normal use.

Two 20 lb propane tanks are supplied with the RV. Propane is not included in the rental price; it is an optional CA$50 extra per booking.

Yes. The RV includes a toaster, coffee maker, kettle, stove, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, together with standard dishes, cutlery, pots, pans and basic cooking utensils.

Bedding sets are available for CA$40 per selected bed, with one to four sets available per booking. Shower towels are not provided and are not available as an extra, so bring your own.

For dry camping, the VL Rental team fills the fresh-water tank before your stay. Wastewater emptying costs CA$45. At a full-hookup site, the RV is connected to the site's city-water and sewer services and no separate wastewater-emptying charge applies.

No. Customers must not tow or move the RV. Only VL Rental or its authorized contractor may relocate it.

Remove personal belongings, garbage and anything not supplied by VL Rental. Leave the RV broom-clean, wash and put away dishes and utensils, and clean the appliances, including the microwave, refrigerator and stove. Follow the complete cleaning requirements in the Terms and Conditions.

No. VL Rental is delivery-only. Customers cannot collect or tow the RV.
